Mei Kuei Lu is a baijiu made with fresh rose petals and sorghum Bai Jiu, there by infusing it with a distinctive rose fragrance and sweet taste. It is also hailed as "China's Brandy" and used in cocktails. Widely used in the seasoning of pork for char siew or roast pork. No salt added. 30% Alcohol.
